iPhone 4G Official leaked Images

Yes guys it has finally now confirmed that iPhone 4G will be launched soon and we have seen the leaked images of the real iphone 4g now. It was all due to an engineer of apple that he lost his iphone after drinking german beer. His name is Gray Powell and he is kind of famous now :).

This prototype of the iphone 4G had reached GIZMODO and it is a real iphone 4g as the apple has contacted GIZMODO and asked them to return the phone. So behold ladies and gentlemen, the official iphone 4G is here:

What's new

• Front-facing video chat camera
• Improved regular back-camera (the lens is quite noticeably larger than the iPhone 3GS)
• Camera flash
• Micro-SIM instead of standard SIM (like the iPad)
• Improved display. It's unclear if it's the 960x640 display thrown around before—it certainly looks like it, with the "Connect to iTunes" screen displaying much higher resolution than on a 3GS.
• What looks to be a secondary mic for noise cancellation, at the top, next to the headphone jack
• Split buttons for volume
• Power, mute, and volume buttons are all metallic

What's changed

• The back is entirely flat, made of either glass (more likely) or ceramic or shiny plastic in order for the cell signal to poke through. Tapping on the back makes a more hollow and higher pitched sound compared to tapping on the glass on the front/screen, but that could just be the orientation of components inside making for a different sound
• An aluminum border going completely around the outside
• Slightly smaller screen than the 3GS (but seemingly higher resolution)
• Everything is more squared off
• 3 grams heavier
• 16% Larger battery
• Internals components are shrunken, miniaturized and reduced to make room for the larger battery

And this last image is the letter from apple to GIZMODO asking to return the iphone 4g mobile which they had.

The hardware specs

The phone measures 4.50 by 2.31 by 0.37 inches. It weighs 140 grams. The 3GS weighs 137 grams on a postal scale (and 135 on Apple's official measurements). So, in comparison, it's 3 grams heavier. The battery is 5.25 WHr at 3.7V, compared to the 3GS battery, which is 4.51 WHr at 3.7V. On the back of the phone, it said it was XX GB, but since we were unable to get the phone to a running state, we couldn't see exactly how large it was.

Why separate volume buttons?
This new iPhone uses separate buttons for the volume instead of the single button that you can find in the iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. It's one of the factors that may indicate that this is a provisional case, until you think about one of the most requested features for Apple's phone: A physical button for the camera. The new iPhone has a bigger sensor and a flash, which means that the camera function keeps gaining more weight. It's only logical to think that Apple may have implemented this two-button approach to provide with a physical shutter button. It makes sense.

The screen
While we couldn't get it past the connect to iTunes screen for the reasons listed earlier, the USB cable on that screen was so high quality that it was impossible to discern individual pixels. We can't tell you the exact resolution of this next-generation iPhone, but it's much higher than the current iPhone 3GS.

The operating system
According to the person who found it, this iPhone was running iPhone OS 4.0 before theiPhone 4.0 announcement. The person was able to play with it and see the iPhone 4.0 features. Then, Apple remotely killed the phone before we got access to it. We were unable to restore because each firmware is device specific—3GS firmware only loads on 3GS devices—and the there are no firmwares available for this unreleased phone. Which is another clue to its authenticity.

Apple iPhone OS 3.1.3 Software Update

Apple has released a new software update for its iphone which iPhone OS 3.1.3. we all were expecting a little big update to be released after the launch of the apple ipad which contain iPhone OS 3.2 but to our supries this update is just a minor update with no new features added and contain only few bug fixes. we hope that apple doesnt make us wait for too long as it plans to by releasing a small update now but the size of the new update is 228.1 MB which is kinda hefty in terms of size and off course should be as it improves battery life of iphone 3GS. Apple has also done a favour for third party app developer by resolving an issue where third party apps would not launch sometimes.

As the above pic shows it contains the following improvements:

1. Improves accuracy of reported battery level on iPhone 3GS.

2. Resolves issue where third-party apps would not launch in some instances.

3.Fixes bug that may casue an app to crash when using the japanese Kana keyboard.

Ipod Touch 3G is Faster Than iphone 3G and as fast as iPhone 3GS

Ipod touch 3g is the latest in the ipod touch family and i prefer calling ipod touch as 'SISTER' of iphone 3GS ('lolz'). Well what most of the people dont know is that ipod touch third generation is faster than iphone 3G which we ill call 'Youger Brother of iphone 3GS and ipod touch. Actually i dont need to say it much as configuration says it all. iPhone 3gs and ipod touch got the same processor, same graphics engine and same amount of RAM. Its just the phone functionality missing in ipod touch. Below are the Configurations that says it all

We all know the new or latest model of apple iphone is 3gS but most of us dont know what is 'S' in the new version of apple which is the main difference between iphone 3g and iphone 3gs.. Its Simple to guess! its SPEED! The new version of apple iphone is iphone 3g Speed.

Nokia 5800 Xpress Music to get New Firmware Update v. 40.0.001

Finally the wait is ABOUT to get over but the date is not yet released and the rumour of nokia 5800 xpress music getting a new firmware update is believed to be true and new version will be like v. 40.0.001 and the update will have the most awaited feature in 5800 that is KINETIC SCROLLING!!! but there is no clue yet about the new home page to have contacts bar that can hold more than 4 contacts.
The above picture shows a handset with the new version so it might be a testing handset i guess.

The are two thing which confirms this news:
1) Qt-Bug reports show bugs on a handset running on nokia 5800 with firmware v. 40.0.001

Qt-bug reports on its website shows the bugs they have found on nokia 5800 which is running firmware version of 40.0.001 and this openly mean that the new firmware of nokia 5800 is under testing and the new bugs being found are resolved.

leaked pictures of new iphone

There have been some 'leaked' images of the new iPhone, Although very unlikely to be true.

The unibody- I think the all new iphone is supposed to have no physical button, the home button is now a touch screen button and seems very pretty. The metal body seems very rigid but think it ill have some added weight.

The above pic shows the colourful versions of the new iphone. The first pic of the new iphone seems very good but the colourful versions are not much of attraction but we never know wat works with iphone being the largest selling single handset from Apple.
But still it seems that there is no flash for the camera, but we never know,the software might do the job.

The screen being shown though created doubt because the 'SMS' icon used in the picture is no longer in use with OS 3.0, and these should be preloaded with the new iphone.

why ipod touch doesnt have a camera?

Many of the Ipod Touch users and the people planning to buy the new ipod touch wonder why it doesnt have a camera whereas ipod nano has got one. The reason for this has been given by apple ceo steve jobs and that is inorder to reduce the price of ipod touch and maintaining the flow of device as an ipod and a gaming maching it did not introduce camera in ipod touch new versions. The original words of steve jobs are "Originally, we weren't exactly sure how to market the Touch. Was it an iPhone without the phone? Was it a pocket computer? What happened was, what customers told us was, they started to see it as a game machine. Because a lot of the games were free on the store. Customers started to tell us, "You don't know what you've got here - it's a great game machine, with the multitouch screen, the accelerometer, and so on."

Hence the conclusion is that apple people want Ipod touch to be a gaming device and they are more focusing on reducing its price rather than adding additional features and increasing its price and loosing customers but still there is a rumour that next ipod touch may have a camera.
